What we process

Applivity Safety AI processes video streams for PPE detection, confirmed-violation snapshots, device identifiers, account details, and the records needed to operate and secure the service. The service is camera-only: it does not capture or transmit audio.

Why we process it

We process this information to provide safety compliance monitoring, display live verdicts, preserve evidence records, support connected devices, and protect accounts and the service.

Your deployment boundary

Data is processed within the deployment you select. In an on-premises deployment, video and detection data do not leave your network. In every deployment mode, no frame is sent to a third-party AI service for processing.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We retain information for as long as required by your account configuration and safety records, or as otherwise required by law. You may request deletion of account information, subject to applicable retention obligations and your organization’s records requirements.

Security and questions

We use safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest. No system can promise absolute security. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact your Applivity Safety AI account representative.
