Service

Applivity Safety AI provides real-time PPE detection through wearable and camera streams, a live dashboard, and violation records. It is a safety-support tool. You remain responsible for your safety programme, site decisions, and compliance with applicable law.

Your account and site

You are responsible for the people who use your account, the devices and streams you connect, and keeping account access secure. Provide accurate information and use the service only for sites and operations you are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to violate privacy, employment, surveillance, export-control, or other applicable laws; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; or upload or transmit material you do not have the right to use.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, network conditions, or events outside our control. Do not rely on the service as the sole control for preventing harm or as a substitute for site safety procedures.

Suspension and changes

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, a security risk, non-payment, or a legal requirement. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.
